1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DashTrak mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Gannet Engineering Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

DashTrak is a sports management platform that provides:

  • Tournament creation and management tools
  • Live match scoring and statistics tracking
  • Academy and training center management
  • Player profiles and performance tracking
  • Team and roster management
  • Payment processing for registrations and subscriptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13-18 years must have parental consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with our Content Policy and Community Guidelines
  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Not use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Not upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Not use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1 Free and Paid Features

DashTrak offers both free and paid features. Free features may be used without payment. Paid features (Pro tiers) require one-time or recurring payments.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information.

5.3 Refund Policy

Tournament Pro upgrades are non-refundable once the tournament has started. Academy Pro subscriptions may be cancelled anytime; refunds are prorated for unused time if requested within 7 days.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices for paid features. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

DashTrak™, the DashTrak logo, and all content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Gannet Engineering Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (tournaments, teams, player data). By using the Service, you grant us a license to display and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.

7. Termination

7.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings or by contacting us. See our Data Deletion page for details.

7.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Content Policy, or applicable laws. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for extended periods.

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GANNET ENGINEERING PVT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gannet Engineering Pvt Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending an email notification for significant changes
  • Displaying a notice within the app

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
